<Figma to WordPress/>

Send the design file. Get back a fast, responsive, editable WordPress build with your agency's name on it.

Design is where agencies make their margin. Converting that design into WordPress is where the hours disappear. mb3techs takes the finished file, whether Figma, XD, Sketch or a layered PSD, and builds it into WordPress properly: accurate to the design, responsive at every breakpoint, quick to load, and structured so the client's team can edit content without wrecking the layout. You keep the client relationship and the credit. We stay invisible.

// what's included

What the conversion includes

Pixel Accurate Markup

Built to your spacing, type scale and component definitions at every defined breakpoint, with the in-between sizes handled sensibly rather than left to chance.

Responsive Across Devices

Mobile, tablet and desktop tested on real hardware. Where the design covers desktop only, we build the smaller breakpoints and show you before going further.

Editable Content Structure

Gutenberg blocks or ACF flexible sections with clear labels, so the client can add, reorder and edit sections without a developer.

Built for Speed

Optimised images, minimal dependencies, no unnecessary page builder weight, and Core Web Vitals checked and reported when we hand over.

Clean, Handoff Ready Code

Semantic HTML, organised CSS, commented PHP, and a file structure another developer can pick up without a phone call.

Accessibility Basics Covered

Heading order, alt text, keyboard navigation, focus states and contrast checks handled as part of the build rather than sold as an extra.

Design System Builds

Reusable component libraries and theme.json setups when the client needs consistency across many pages or several sites.

Forms & Integrations

Contact, quote and multi-step forms wired to the client's tools, with spam protection and confirmed delivery testing before launch.

// how it works

How a conversion runs

01

You Send the File

Share the Figma link or design files with the breakpoints you need, plus any interaction notes. If states are missing, we list the questions upfront rather than filling gaps silently.

02

We Scope & Confirm Same Day

Your Project Manager counts the unique templates and components, confirms scope, and gives you a fixed quote and a realistic timeline the same day.

03

We Build on Staging

The build goes up on staging as it progresses, so you can review a real page in a browser instead of waiting for a finished handover.

04

We QA Against the Design

A side by side check against your file, plus cross-browser, real device and speed testing. Content is stress tested with longer text than the design used, because real clients write more.

05

You Hand It to the Client

Documentation, credentials and full code ownership transferred to you. Nothing in the build points back to us.

// standards

What you get at handover

  • Every unique template built, not just the pages shown in the design file
  • Reviewed side by side against your source file at each defined breakpoint
  • Tested on real phones and tablets, not only a browser resize
  • Content stress tested with longer headings and body copy than the design used
  • Core Web Vitals measured and reported at delivery
  • Editable sections with clear field labels the client's team can understand
  • Commented code, documentation, and full ownership transferred to you
  • 30 days of post-launch bug fixes included on every build

// guarantee

The white label guarantee

  • NDA signed before any work begins
  • No mb3techs branding in the theme, admin or documentation
  • Staging links under a neutral domain you can share with the client
  • No direct contact with your clients, ever
  • Full codebase ownership transferred to you
  • Your design work stays confidential and is never shown as ours

// faq

Figma to WordPress conversion: questions agencies ask

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, PSD, and reasonably organised PDFs or images when that is all the client has. Figma is easiest because we can read spacing, type scales and components directly, which removes guesswork about what you intended.
Pixel accurate at your defined breakpoints, and sensible in between. Where a design does not specify a state, such as hover, focus, empty, error or long content, we build the obvious answer and flag it for you rather than inventing something and staying quiet about it.
Whichever suits the project and your agency's stack. Gutenberg with custom blocks and ACF is our usual recommendation for editability. If your team maintains sites in Elementor, Divi or Bricks, we build there so handover fits how you already work.
That is a large part of the job. Sections are built as reusable, editable components with sensible field labels, so the client's team can change content, swap images and add sections without breaking the layout or calling you every week.
We design the mobile and tablet behaviour ourselves and show it to you on staging before it goes further. Most designs arrive desktop only. Rather than guessing silently, we make the call, document it and give you a chance to disagree.
Semantic heading order, alt text fields, keyboard navigation, visible focus states and colour contrast checks are standard. On the search side you get clean markup, correct heading hierarchy, image compression, and schema where it applies. Content and keyword strategy stay yours.
A single landing page is typically a few business days. A multi-page marketing site depends on how many unique templates it contains, not how many pages. Send the file and you get a real timeline the same day, not a range designed to sound impressive.
Yes. If the client already has a design system or a live site, we build new templates to match the existing components, spacing and naming so the site stays consistent rather than looking like two projects stitched together.
