<Privacy Policy/>
What we collect through this site, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
mb3techs provides white label WordPress development services to agencies and businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through mb3techs.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language rather than boilerplate, because you should be able to actually read it.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this website is mb3techs. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at info@mb3techs.com.
What you give us
When you submit our contact form or book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, business or agency name, website URL, your monthly project volume, the type of help you need, and anything you write in the message field. We use this solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up on it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and the performance of a contract if we go on to work together.
Form submissions are stored in this website's database and emailed to us. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can pick up an earlier conversation, then delete them. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.
What is collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps. These are used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults, and are retained for a short period by the host.
We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and where they drop off. Analytics cookies are only a measurement tool for us, never used to build advertising profiles. Where consent is required in your jurisdiction, analytics runs on the basis of your consent, and you can withdraw it by blocking cookies in your browser or using Google's opt-out add-on.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not run advertising networks or behavioural retargeting on this site. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry, and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies: strictly necessary ones for security and page caching, and analytics cookies as described above. If you log in, WordPress sets cookies to remember you. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, though the strictly necessary ones are required for the site to work correctly.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it: our web host, which stores this website and its database including form submissions; an email delivery provider, which transmits mail sent by the site; Google, for the aggregate analytics described above; and our scheduling tool, if you book a discovery call.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards their terms provide, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We will also disclose data if we are legally required to, and we will tell you unless the law prevents us.
Client and end-client data
When we work on a website for you, we are often given access to systems containing your own clients' personal data. In that situation we act as a processor on your instructions: we access only what the work requires, we do not use that data for any other purpose, we keep credentials confidential, and we remove our access when the engagement ends. Our white label arrangement means we do not contact your clients or identify ourselves to them. We are happy to sign a data processing agreement or NDA on request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, kept up to date, and protected by access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your personal data we would notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we relied on it. Email info@mb3techs.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted here.
